Payment Policy

We require 100% advance payment for all services listed on our website. All transaction and applicable tax charges are the client’s responsibility.

Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions on completed work if the requests are made within 7 days of delivery. In special cases, this window may extend to 14 days. Revisions are prioritized based on project urgency, with a minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.

• Orders with a 24-hour deadline: Revisions completed within 24 hours.
• Orders with a 24–48-hour deadline: Revisions completed within 48 hours.
• Orders with a 48-hour+ deadline: Revisions completed within 72 hours.

Project Requirements

All project requirements will be discussed and approved before work begins. Any service-related disputes will be resolved based on the agreed scope, these Terms, and fair business practices.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund before your project begins. Once work has started, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges. Refunds are not available for services purchased under limited-time or discounted promotions.

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of order completion. If we are unable to fulfill a service under our revision policy, a partial refund may be issued. After 5 days, acceptance of the delivered project will be considered final.
